I. Notarial Services
Our office offers all the services provided by the Law regarding the Notaries Public and the Notarial Activity:
Notarial legal advice
Inheritance proceedings
Testaments
Purchase contracts, deeds of donation, exchange, support
Contracts of partition, parceling or joining of land
Mortgage / lien / loan contracts
Lease contracts, bailment agreements
Certified declarations
Special and general powers/ judicial powers of attorney
Provision of Notarial copies
Attesting of signature
Attesting of the translator’s signature
Setting definite dates
Articles of incorporation of companies and of non-governmental organizations
Important:
All these services fall under the competency of the notary public and can be requested by any natural or legal, Romanian or foreign persons, through a written application
The legal transactions and documents concluded before the notary are of public authority and are valid on the territory of Romania
To be recognized by a foreign authority, the Notarial documents must be supplementary certified (Info: supplementary certification) or apostilled (Info: Apostille) by other authorities from Romania (details Apostille in the Section “Useful Information”)
II. Related Services:
A. Translation of documents
If you need the translation of a Notarial document or a document issued by another institution, you can use the services of a translator certified by the Ministry of Justice (see the ’List of certified translators‘)
You can submit your documents to be translated either directly at the translator chosen by you or at our office (see Contact).
For the translation there is no tax or fee by the notary public.
The translation of a document is charged only by the translator, by issuing a payment document to you
The Notary Public charges only the fee for the certification of the translator’s signature
B. Cadastre Services
If you need a cadastral documentation, you can call on the services of a certified cadastre engineer who you can choose from the ‘List of Certified Cadastre Engineers’.
According to the legislation in force, the certified Engineer who prepares the cadastre documentation for your property will also submit the necessary documentation for recording it in the Land Register (Info ‘Necessary Documents for Recording in the Land Register’).
